Return Policy

Fonts after downloading are not returnable or refundable. We might, however, exchange the fonts if an incorrect font format was downloaded, after reviewing your purchase history and the conditions of the order. Fonts may be returned or exchanged only if defective and notified within 30 days of order. Defective software will be replaced upon notification.

New, unopened and unused items may be returned only within 30 days from the date of purchase. In such cases we will issue a credit note or reimburse the client’s card for the cost of the goods, but we cannot reimburse shipping costs. Please inform us before returning goods. Items that are either opened or returned more than 30 days after date of purchase may not be returned.
