Credit card payment

Ordering online is safe and fast. Your credit card information will be processed via the secure payment servers of RBS Worldpay. In the RBS system, your credit card information goes straight to the bank with 128 bit encryption. Our credit card system is hosted on a server at Resolume.com, our partner company, which helps us process payments. Please note that their name will also appear on your credit card statement. Neither Typotheque nor Resolume has access to your credit card information at any time. We only receive confirmation from the credit card company when the payment is completed.

For security reasons, we can only process orders below €2,000. Should you wish to place an order of €2,000 or more, please contact us. Alternatively, you can split the order into multiple orders.

Your transaction will appear on your credit card statement as:
   RBS Resolume Typotheque 00000
where the last five digits are the Typotheque order number.

All major credit cards are accepted; Eurocard/Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Diners Club, and many special internet bank transfers.

Your credit card will be charged in euros. For your convenience, the euro prices can be converted to a number of major currencies. If your particular currency is not displayed, please use the Universal Currency Convertor.

Ordering takes about 5 minutes and 4 steps (if you are using a credit card):

• 1. Select the font you want to buy and fill in your personal information.
• 2. Confirm your order and proceed to payment.
• 3. Select the online payment method (secure server).
• 4. Pay (secure server).

After your credit card transaction is complete, you will be able to download the fonts directly.

Direct bank transfer (wire transfer)

If you prefer to pay by bank transfer, simply select this option on the order confirmation page. At the very bottom of the page is a link which generates a (pro forma) invoice with full banking details.

Information for Dutch customers

In addition to the payment methods above, Dutch customers also have the option of paying upon receipt of the invoice. Contact us for details. We also accept iDEAL, which means that if you have a bank account with ABN AMRO, ASN Bank, Fortis, Friesland Bank, ING, Rabobank, SNS Bank, SNS Regio Bank or Triodos Bank and you use online banking, you can transfer the money to us directly at no extra cost. This is a very fast and secure payment method, similar to payment by credit cards. But unlike credit card transactions, iDEAL transfers are not subject to financial limits.

Cheques

We don't accept cheques of any kind.
