Ordering information
Ordering online is easy and safe. Your credit card information will be processed on the secure payment servers of RBS. In the RBS system, your credit card information goes straight to the bank with 128 bit encryption. Our credit card system is hosted on a server at Resolume.com, our partner company, which helps us process payments. Please note that their name will also appear on your credit card statement. Neither Typotheque nor Resolume have access to your credit card information at any time. We only receive confirmation from the credit card company when the payment is completed.
For security reasons, we can only process orders below € 2.000. Should you wish to place an order exceeding this amount, please contact us. Alternatively, you can split the order into multiple orders.
On your credit card statement will be indicated:
RBS Resolume Typotheque00000
where the last five digits is the Typotheque order ID.All major credit cards are accepted; Eurocard/Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Diners Club, and over 50 special internet bank transfers.
Your credit card will be charged in Euros. For your convenience, the Euro prices can be converted to some major currencies. If your particular currency is not displayed, please use the Universal Currency Convertor.
Ordering takes about 5 minutes and 4 steps (if you are using a credit card):
1. Select the font you want to buy and fill in your personal information.
2. Confirm your order and proceed to payment.
3. Select the online payment method (secure server).
4. Pay (secure server).
After your credit card information is authorised, you will be able to download fonts directly.
Direct bank transfer (wire)
If you prefer to pay by a bank transfer, you can simply select this option on the order confirmation page. At the very bottom of the page is a link, which will generate a (pro-forma) invoice, with full banking details.
Besides payment by credit cards, Dutch customers can also pay upon receiving an invoice. Contact us for details. We now also accept iDEAL, which means that if you have a bank account with ABN AMRO, ING Bank, Postbank or Rabobank and you use online banking you can transfer the money to us directly at no extra cost. This is a very fast and secure payment method, similar to payments by credit cards. But unlike credit card transactions, there is no financial limit for iDEAL transfers.
