Parimal Parmar is a designer from India with special interest in type and identity design, graduated from D J Academy of Design, Coimbatore, India. His interest in type design and letters grew stronger during his graduation project with WhiteCrow Designs (EkType), Mumbai. After his graduation, he worked at Codesign, a Gurgaon based communication design studio and at Indian Type Foundry (ITF), Ahmedabad. During his two years of tenure at ITF, he worked on multiple projects; helping ITF with retail as well as custom projects. He is now working as an independent designer and has been a visiting faculty for the courses Visual Identity, Symbol Design and Basics of Type design at NID Ahmedabad, DJ Academy of Design, Nirma University and newly opened NID Amaravati.
