Broadcast On Television Cable, Feature Movies, Film
If you plan to use Typotheque fonts in broadcasting, feature movies, or film, you will need to acquire a Broadcasting Licence. Broadcast and film usage refers to the use of the font software in titling, credits or other text for any onscreen broadcast via television, video or motion picture. The Broadcasting Licence is an annual renewable licence extension of the basic Print & Web Licence, and needs to be acquired prior to first use. Additional licensing options are available.
Broadcasting licence covers:
—Titling/text in credits, etc for motion picture, animations, TV series, documentaries
—Advertising in TV
—Advertising in streaming services – e.g. Netflix/on Demand TV
For using fonts in online films, movies, animations distributed on YouTube, Facebook, etc, please use Webfont license, with the adequate coverage of page views.
