This article presents the Diwani style of Arabic which lead to designing Thuraya, a contemporary yet faithful interpretation of the Diwani style with extensive calligraphic features.

Greta Arabic is a modern Arabic newspaper typeface, carefully sculpted in the spirit of the Naskhi calligraphic style, the most legible and suitable Arabic style for running text. It is intended as a companion to Greta Text.
